What happens if you eat papaya seeds every day


Many of us love Asian food recipes, including papaya, but not many of you knew that seeds papaya are very useful and can be consumed in various dishes (steak, salad, etc.).

For the second week, it can chew a quarter of a teaspoon,n then half of the teaspoon until one teaspoon of papaya seeds.

Another way to consume seeds of papaya is to take seeds with honey.

Whole seeds with 1 teaspoon of honey to lessen the bitter taste.

When taking papaya seeds with honey, seeds must be chewed a few times, before swallowing. 

If the version with papaya seeds chewed is not your favorite,  can use the method to use papaya seeds powder.

Mashed with a mortar and pestle, 1 teaspoon of papaya seeds once, till will turn into coarse or fine powder as desired.

Or can put seeds of papaya directly at ground pepper machine or blender recipient, instead of using a mortar, yielding the same powder.

Papaya seeds work well as a substitute for black pepper and can be used in the same proportion.

The taste of papaya seeds is not exactly like pepper, but more like a mixture of pepper and mustard or horseradish.

Papain from papaya seeds acts as a meat tenderizing agent adds flavor to meat, and can also help in digesting the roast after reaching the stomach.

Pepper the steak of the chicken or beef with papaya seeds.

The powder of papaya seeds is spread before cooking meat.

A half teaspoon of papaya seeds powder can use to season the steak. 

Flavonoids and papain from papaya seeds are considered to help, prevent, and maintain our health, so are an alternative to pepper but also, a healthy food.
